We will make our best effort to fix any bugs and to enhance the program, but we specifically disclaim any liability for damage to your computer or your motorcycle or your person, and we do not promise to have any particular enhancements available on any specific date.

All GS-911 programs are licensed as per the Click License agreed to when installing the application. This license also grants the user free updates for a period of ONE year from date of purchase, where-after we reserve the right to charge an update fee.

In addition, Beta Testers undertake to provide Swift and Accurate feedback to HEX Microsystems regarding the program and its associated hardware.
