Does it work on a Windows PC?

Yes, indeed.  Both models connect to a PC / Laptop using USB.  The PC / Laptop could be running WindowsTM XP Service Pack 2 or SP3, WindowsTM Vista, or WindowsTM 7.  Both 32 bit & 64 bit are supported.
