If you are still using the generic username "gs911soft"

We have discontinued the generic username "gs911soft" that was issued in early 2007! If this is the only username you have, please register your interface, by downloading and executing the GS-911 Downloader (This will provide you with a username and password).

If you cannot remember your "Login Name"

...here are some tips...

• Remember, it is CaSE senSiTIvE
  

• Prior to August '07 - users created their own Login details - you probably chose something you thought you would remember ;-) These interfaces did not have a barcoded label containing the serial number (serial number can be found under the About page in the GS-911 application)
  
• From August '07 - we (or your reseller) created your Login details automatically and emailed it to you along with your GS-911 shipping details. Your Login Name was the complete email you used during the ordering process, e.g. "myname@mydomain.com". As the Login is case sensitive, you might try capitalizing some of the parts you generally do, i.e. "john.doe@mydomain.com" you might have filled in at time of order as "John.Doe@mydomain.com".
  
• From September '08 - Check the barcode label of your GS-911 interface. If it has the 4-charachter checksum printed below the Serial #, then your Serial number is your Login Name. In the example below the Login name would be: GS40000105
  

Try following the "Forgot my password" link... if that still does not work for you, contact us...

However, when you contact us, pls provide as much possible information as you can... typically:

• your full name
• your email address (our ticketing system removes this by default) - and if the email you used when purchasing it is different, pls supply that too
  
• your GS-911 serial number
• roughly when you purchased it
• through whom you purchased it (directly through our online shop, or one of our resellers)
