In order to download the software, you have to be a Validated Customer.

Your GS-911 interface has a barcode label with a unique serial number and a checksum printed under this serial number. Once you have received your GS-911 you can follow the online sign-up procedure. 

If it does not have the checksum (older interfaces, 2007/2008), then your reseller has to provide you with your login details.
